Return & Refund Policy
Unfortunately, We don’t accept returns.
All the artworks are packaged carefully with utmost care. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can share the photographs of the damage to me within 48 hours of delivery and I will initiate the refund.

Shipping Policy
I'm so excited to ship some artwork to you! It really means too much to me that you want to have my art in your home. As an art collector myself, I can tell you that art truly transforms your atmosphere.
Please allow 3-4 business days for handling. Shipping typically takes between 7-10 business days, but during holiday season, it could be between 10-15 business days for shipping. Shipping times are up to the carrier, though. If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact me via rang.sonu@gmail.com within 48 hours in order to have a replacement shipped out at no additional cost to you.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at rang.sonu@gmail.com and I'll be happy to replace your item. NOTE: you must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return.
I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.

International orders (Out Of India)
Yes We deliver all over the world. As of now, for ordering,The packaging generally takes 5-10 days and shipment takes 7-21days.

Returns, due to non payment of custom fees, will not be accepted. Sometimes packages can take longer than 60 days to be delivered, this is a drawback of the postal services and customs departments of our two countries involved and We will not be held responsible or liable for such delays.
